Lineage Logistics Customer Service Representative in North Charleston, South Carolina
The Customer Service Representative performs all customer service activities including but not limited to inquiries, processing orders, and handling special service requests and complaints, in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner.
Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
Process orders and verify inbound receipts for accuracy. Run stock reports to check for product availability and accuracy of inventory records.
Assure proper and timely invoicing of accounts and verify computer generated invoices.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Must address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
