The incumbent is responsible for the day to day maintenance performance on all production processes and equipment. Must possess a thorough understanding of the operation and have acquired additional technical training, both classroom and practical, that will further enhance abilities that will meet individual and company needs.

Communicate effectively with other employees, vendors and contractors.

Repair or assist with any mechanical problems in the facility or on the grounds.

Demonstrate the ability to safety and accurately operate small power hand tools and various pieces of shop equipment. Read and comprehend technical manuals, blue prints, and other related maintenance or equipment documents. Millwright abilities to install, dismantle, repair, reassemble, and move machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrate knowledge of Mobile Equipment (JLG, Forklift) Power Tools (Drill, Saw, Grinder, Impact) Cutting and Welding (Torch, Stick) Precision Tools (Dial Indicator, Caliper, Torque Wrench) Hoses (Types, Connectors, Gaskets) Piping / Tubing (Fittings, Selection, Hangers, Installation) Flanges (Bolts, Torque, Gaskets, Assembly / Disassembly) Hydraulics Bearings (Types, Lubrication, Install / Remove) Drives (Belts, Sheaves, Couplings, Gearboxes) Air Compressors Pumps (Types, Seals, Packing, Rebuild)

Willing to work on any shift, respond to emergencies during weekends, holidays, nights and upon request.

Perform all other duties as assigned. Duties may change as the manufacturing process changes. Must display a commitment to safety by following all safety policies and practices at all times. Responsible for performing monthly BBS observations and other audit programs, cleaning, painting, and maintaining 5S system. Participation and completion of required EH & S training.

Responsible for performing assigned tasks as specified in the environmental procedures and work instructions.

Implement proven methods found at other sites to help achieve our objectives. Continuous improvement actions to reduce emissions and prevent potential pollution. Annual review of actions and methods in order to drive continuous improvement.

Must have High School education or equivalent. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 Ibs and climb stairs frequently.
